My professional experience spans for over 30 as a real estate agent. In 2008, I began expanding my real estate portfolio by investing in residential and commercial real estate. I purchased homes that I could rehab and flip. It was fun. A few years ago, I made the decision I wanted to live in Naples, Florida permanently. After the completion of my last rehab, I kept the home to live in, and became a resident.

Today, as the owner of Naples Beach Realty, and the creator of the “Real Estate Concierge Service”, my interest is to take my knowledge and experience to teach my associates and to provide guidance to my clients.

I am originally from Suffield, Connecticut. Went to college in Burlington, Vermont. First started coming to Naples, Florida in 2010 to meet a business coach. For years, my fiancée, Richard and I would come to Naples. A few years later, is when I began rehabbing homes while travelling back and forth to Connecticut.

I enjoy walking in downtown Naples, meeting friends for lunch, shopping, going out to dinner with Richard, and watching sunsets near the pier. I also enjoy time with my cute, little Havanese puppy, Pierre. Lastly, enjoy living in Naples!

DANA WILKINSON

Real Estate Concierge Associate

I was born and raised in southern Connecticut. I have lived in Arizona and currently in Naples, Florida with my husband and our teenaged daughter and son. My business experience began in sales and marketing in the beverage industry and was employed by top consumer promotion agencies. For 15 years my focus was on sales and marketing of my family's business in the aftermarket automotive field. I am very excited to be turning my marketing/sales focus and attention to detail towards real estate.

With a passion for sales and service I am ready to help clients with their home buying and selling needs. My negotiation skills and great sense of humor, take the stress out of real estate transactions and allow my clients to focus on their move or next adventure.

As a proud member of the Naples Beach Realty family, I put the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything I do. I chose to work with Naples Beach Realty over larger "chain" agencies, because here I am able to provide personal, concierge service and help people throughout their real estate journey as if they were family.

MICHAEL RAAB

Real Estate Concierge Specialist

I was born in Terre Haute, Indiana. When I was 9 years old, we moved to Miami, Florida.

After graduating from the University of Miami with a degree in Psychology, I also got my real estate license. I began my real estate career in Miami and then move to Naples in 2001.

My passion in life is being a fourth-generation Rabbi of more than 25 years. I am what you would call an international Destination. I speak and write fluent Spanish and Hebrew.

I enjoy helping people with all types of real estate needs. I have a vast experience and expertise in helping my clients with assessing and finding approved homesites including DEP requirements, new home construction, and buying or selling existing homes in Southwest Florida.

For fun, I enjoy playing pickleball and am a Gold Medalist player. I also enjoy playing in tennis tournaments and like to hit a few golf balls once a week. I also like travelling.

MIKE SLADE

Owner and Real Estate Concierge Specialist

I am a native of Northern Michigan where I grew up and went to college. I studied Business Administration, Marketing, and Psychology.

About 20 years ago, I came down to Naples on a motorcycle trip and made the big decision to move here. It’s then that I started my real estate career as a real estate developer starting Slade Develop Corp. I then obtained my real estate license and began to pursue my career in residential real estate honing my skills and expertise in luxury homes earning me the Realtor of the Year nomination by the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Using my sales and marketing experience in builder sales, I enjoy helping sellers with the sale of their homes and buyers realize their dream homes. As a real estate concierge, I help make real estate transactions flawless.

Being a Michigan native, I am avid hunter and naturalist. I enjoy travelling and most of all, spending time with my twin girls, Mia and Gianna.
